April.
April brings pollen, new beginnings and a special nod to extremely deserving individuals.
Military children.

If you are lucky enough to know a military child, you know how truly special they are. They are resilient, brave, show an abundance of courage and flexibility that takes most adults years to develop.

As a military brat myself, I have a first hand knowledge of the unique struggles military kids have to face. From moving every few years, the long and sometimes very sudden departures of a parent to learning new routines at a drop of a hat these kids are truly awe inspiring.

So join me tomorrow April 15th by sporting Purple to show our pride and appreciation for the tiniest members of the U.S. Military.
